About Archer Services
Quality Assurance
Assurance: The act of giving confidence, the state of being certain or the act of making certain.
The Quality Assurance Department of Archer Services strives to promote excellence in client services and to enhance individual lives in order to meet the expectations of our clients and their families.
We want clients, family and friends to be certain that the care provided by Archer Services exceeds service standards
We realize that as a direct service agency Archer Services faces a special challenge to meet customer needs in an ever-changing economic situation.
We believe there can be no substitute for high-quality personal interaction between our employees and our clients. A quality system of communication and documentation along with personal attention sets Archer Services apart from other agencies.
Within the Residential Services Department the Quality Manager and the Quality Specialist provide ongoing review and assistance to the Supported Living and Adult Foster Care programs to ensure the continuity of care for all client services.
In addition to the support provided by other Archer Services personnel, all client homes are visited quarterly and there is a review of care documentation and assistance to address any corrective responses.
